Can I rent ski clothing in Kaprun?
Yes. We rent ski jackets, pants and gloves from leading brands in Kaprun. Sizes for kids and adults; subject to availability.

Which equipment can I hire?
Skis, snowboards, boots, poles, helmets, touring skis, avalanche gear, and fun equipment such as sledges or snowbikes (selection varies by location).

Do you offer family deals?
Yes. Kids up to 10 years get rental equipment free of charge in Economy Class when both parents rent. Plus: ski 7 days, pay 6.

How does the online discount work?
Book & pay online and save up to 10% up to 14 days before arrival, or 5% up to 2 days before arrival. The discount applies to rental items according to the offer shown during checkout.

What does ski rental cost in Kaprun?
Prices depend on category (e.g., Economy, Premium, Superior), duration and season. Current rates are shown in the price overview during booking.

Where can I pick up my gear in Kaprun?
Choose the Kaprun town centre shop, our location near Maiskogel, or the Kitzsteinhorn shop/depot (on the glacier). Pick the most convenient pick-up point during online booking.

Can I collect my skis the afternoon before?
Usually yes. If available, you can pick up from 3–4 pm the day before your rental starts. Please bring ID and your booking confirmation.

Is boot fitting included?
Professional boot fitting in Kaprun is included for rental boots. We adjust shell and liner for comfort and control.

Can I exchange equipment during my stay?
Yes, free exchanges within the same category are possible (e.g., ski to snowboard, carving to all-mountain), subject to availability.

Do you have helmets and back protectors?
Yes. Helmets for kids and adults; back protectors on request. We recommend helmets for all riders.

Is storage available at the lifts?
Yes. Lockers and a glacier depot on Kitzsteinhorn help you avoid carrying gear. Ask in-store for availability and fees.

Do you offer Test & Buy or Rent & Buy?
Yes. With Test & Buy you try first and get up to 2 rental days credited when purchasing. Rent & Buy lets you rent now and offset part of the rental fee against a later purchase (same/ equivalent model, within the same season).

Are lessons available with rental?
Yes. Book course + rental packages for ski or snowboard directly with us in Kaprun so you start your lesson with perfectly matched equipment.

What about damage or theft insurance?
Optional protection can be added during booking to reduce or waive costs for damage/theft (per the policy conditions).

Which sizes do you carry?
Children’s to adult sizes, including wide/extra-small boots. If something doesn’t fit, we’ll exchange it on the spot.

What are the opening hours?
Hours vary by season and location (Kaprun centre, Maiskogel, Kitzsteinhorn). The current times are shown on the location pages and in your booking confirmation.

How can I cancel my booking?
